Our story

Pinewave Development was founded in 1989 in Los Angeles. Our vision was to bring together like-minded investors that believed in our ability to discover opportunities in established markets. Using our engineering and construction expertise, and our ability to work with local government to entitle land that allow the Highest and Best Use of the land, we will build and market the building that will bring above market return. Indeed, we were able to achieve our goals in the past 30+ years and have been involved in residential, industrial, office, commercial, and mixed-use project.
